I Have Walked for years but found about 18 months ago that I need to introduce strength training to my routine. James Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and applies his experience to each workout to ensure maximum results. He utilizes a combination of resistance strength equipment, kicking and boxing techniques and core stretching that is so important. I like a workout that has variety and James tries to create that for each workout. After working with James, My bone density, blood pressure, and cholesterol have improved dramatically. I have also begun to run in addition to walking, and feel terrific that I’ve been able to run. I have more energy to play with my grandchildren, and believe me -I really play with them- soccer, tag crawling along the floor – all of it – and the children think “Nana” is cool.
